Service Agreement

By requesting HVAC services from HVAC NYC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. We provide heating, cooling, and air quality services throughout New York City.

Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are free and provided without obligation
  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • Final pricing may vary from estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work
  • Any changes to scope or pricing will be discussed and approved before proceeding
  • Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates and will be quoted before work begins

Scheduling & Cancellation

  • We offer same-day and next-day appointments when available
  • 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated for non-emergency appointments
  • Emergency service is available 24/7 and cannot be pre-cancelled

Warranty & Guarantees

  • All labor is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of service
  • Manufacturer warranties on equipment are honored and passed through to the customer
  • If an issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return to resolve it at no additional cost

Licensing & Insurance

HVAC NYC is fully licensed and insured to perform HVAC work in all five NYC boroughs. All technicians hold the required certifications including EPA 608 certification. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Permits

Where required by NYC Department of Buildings regulations, we obtain all necessary permits and schedule inspections. Permit fees are included in our project estimates unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties. The content on this website is for informational purposes and should not substitute for professional assessment.
